Change is definitely in the air as fall makes way for winter. This past week I was able to have one last summer fling with the sun and warmth by taking a trip to Florida to visit my dad and stepmom. Anybody who knows me will know I am a warm weather friend and not fond of the bitter cold. The change of scenery was a nice way to say goodby to summer and, literally, fly into winter. I’m not saying I will enjoy the coldness of the next few months, but hopefully my memories of walking on the beach in October will help keep me warm.
