Second Week of May

May continued to be a very wet month. After a few dry years, the moisture is appreciated. I even started enjoying those wet walks each day.

New life trying to begin

Pink blossoms to delight
On this grey, gloomy, wet day
A tree dressed for fun

Watching the storm pass
It's messing with my playing
Wish we could go out

5/12 - Walking in the Rain

I like the sun, but
Walks in the rain are peaceful
When it's just us two

5/13 - Change of Scenery

Before, a green field
Now a pond down the street
What will I see next?

5/15 - Missing Game

Imagine the sound
of bats smashing, fast curve balls
and children cheering
